Creamed Asparagus

  • 2 Cups fresh asparagus, cut in 1 - inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion or 1 cup fresh mushrooms or 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 2 cups Walden Farm's Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning

1 -- Simmer asparagus, onion, mushroom or
pepper with Organic No Salt Seasoning, add
small amounts of water as needed.  Remember
that you have better wight loss with use of only
one vegetable consumed at a meal with the free
amounts of lettuce, cucumber, and celery
 
2 -- Set simmered vegetables to the side and
add Alfredo Sauce.  Heat to preferred
temperature and serve
 
 

Cucumber Supreme

  • 1 Whole Cucumber sliced
  • 2 Tbsp of Walden Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • 1 Tbsp of no Salt Season---Yumm and serve

 

Mock Potatoes

 
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower broken up
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Sprigs of Thyme
  • 1 Basil Leaf
 
 
Boil Cauliflower and garlic and spices you are just blanching it. Then remove and smash to your desired consistence add a little water and a small amount of better than bouillion chicken base. Add fresh chives as desired.
