FOR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM...OR YOU CAN MAKE, IT BUT LEAVING EXTRA VEGGIES OUT

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves -- Minced
  • 4 Seeded and Minced Jalapeños
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper -- Finely Diced
  • 1/2 red Onion -- Finely Chopped
  • 2 Dry Ancho Chilies, Seeded -- Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar -- You Can Add More to Taste
  • 1 Lime -- As An Option You Can Use Juice
  • Add Chili Powder To Taste
  • Add Fresh Scallions, Cilantro or Parsley To Taste

Combine all Ingredients in a bowl and then place
in a refrigerator for up to 12 hours or longer for
flavor infusion
