- 6 Roma Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves -- Minced
- 4 Seeded and Minced Jalapeños
- 1 Red Bell Pepper -- Finely Diced
- 1/2 red Onion -- Finely Chopped
- 2 Dry Ancho Chilies, Seeded -- Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar -- You Can Add More to Taste
- 1 Lime -- As An Option You Can Use Juice
- Add Chili Powder To Taste
- Add Fresh Scallions, Cilantro or Parsley To Taste
Combine all Ingredients in a bowl and then place
in a refrigerator for up to 12 hours or longer for
flavor infusion
