The key to being healthy is eating healthy.  You have to

watch everything that you put in your mouth at all times. 

The littlest thing can trip you up and start to add the

pounds back on. 

 

We have developed and created several recipes for the

HCG Weight Loss Diet.  You can select any of these or

create your own.  Just make sure you stay within the

guidelines of the HCG Weight Loss Diet!
